本規格は On-Taping （Radial） 2.5 Signal Double Lock “V” Header 製品の出荷時の梱包方法､梱包資材､梱包数量につ

いて規定する。

This specification covers standard packing method, packing material, and packing quantity of On-Taping

（Radial） 2.5 Signal Double Lock “V” Header series connector.

1.2 適用範囲

Applicability

本規格は下記に示された製品を製造する全のタイコエレクトロニクス製造部門､協力会社に適用する。

本規格の内容と製品図面に記載されている内容に矛盾が生じた場合は製品図面を優先する。

This specification is applicable to all Tyco Electronics location and suppliers who will manufacture the product,

listed in below.

Any conflict between requirement indicated in this specification and those indicated on Product Drawing, Product

Drawing takes precedence.

4. 梱包方法

Packaging method

4.1 梱包手順

Packing procedure

4.1.1 注意事項

Remarks

(1) ラジアルテープの継ぎは「接続テープ、P/N 3-912053-5」を用い接続する。継ぎ目は「JIS C0805 電子部品の

テーピング」規定を満足すること。

When splicing the radial tape, use 「Joiner Tape, P/N 3-912053-5」. The splice should meet the splicing

requirement of 「JIS C0805 Packaging of Electronic Components on Continuous Tapes」

(2) 欠損数に関して、「JIS C0805 電子部品のテーピング」規定を満足すること。

The missing quantity should meet the 「JIS C0805 Packaging of Electronic Components on Continuous

Tapes」.

(3) タイコエレクトロニクスへの納入に当っては梱包規格 107-5842 に従う。

Shipment to Tyco Electronics shall be done per Packaging Specification 107-5842.

4.1.2 内装梱包図-1 図-2 参照

(1) つづら折りにした製品の両側にストッパー①を配置する。ストッパーと共にラジアルテープの穴に竹串を挿し製

品を展開した段ボール箱③の上に乗せる。

ストッパーと竹串の所要数／位置は下記の表による。

Put stoppers① on both side of folded product. Insert bamboo stick to both stopper and radial tape then

place them on carton box③.

Quantity and position of stopper and bamboo stick are listed on below table.

(2) ダンボール箱③を組み立て透明粘着テープ④にてとめる。その際エンドフラップのプルタブ部分にはテープが

かからない様に注意する、更にテープは下面に 50mm 程度廻るように止める。

Set up carton box and secure with transparent adhesive tape ④. The end flaps should be sealed so as

the tape not to overlap the pull tab area. And the tape shall seal the lower bottom, about 50mm.

(3) ダンボール箱③に梱包規格 107-5814 4.2.1.2 によりパーツナンバー、数量、デートコードを捺印する。

Stamp Part Number, Quantity, Date Code on the carton box per Packaging Specification 107-5814,

4.1.3 出荷梱包図-3 参照

(1) Standard 製品は１０箱、Hi-Pro 製品は 8箱を製品が下側、ラジアルテープ上側、になるように向きに注意して

それぞれ５段-２列および 4段-2 列に並べて出荷用ダンボール箱⑤に入れる。

Carefully pack 10 boxes for Standard profile product and 8 boxes for Hi-Profile product into shipping

carton box⑤ at 5stack-2row and 4stack-2row respectively. Make sure that the inner box is put so that

the product is facing downward, radial tape is up position.

(2) 出荷ダンボール箱⑤にできる両側の隙間にダンボールパッド⑥をそれぞれ入れる。

Insert plain crease pad⑥ into each side of the shipping carton box⑤.

(3) 透明粘着テープ④にて段ボール箱を梱包規格 107-85, 5.1.A 図1に従い封印する。

Secure the carton box with transparent adhesive tape④ per Packaging Specification 107-85-1,5.1 A,

(4) ライセンスタグ⑦を所定の位置に貼る。

Attach the License Tag ⑦ on the target area.
